Scenic Little Glover Eastfork Getaway is located along the East
Fork of the Glover River, better known as the "Little Glover"
river. The river flows just 50 yards away from our secluded country
cottage. The Little Glover and Glover Rivers are just two of the
clear mountain streams flowing down out of the Ouachita
Mountains across McCurtain county. The Glover River is Oklahoma's
last free flowing river and during the rainy season offers outstanding
whitewater adventure for canoes and kayaks. Bring your fishing
pole because this river is well known for its small-mouth bass and
fly fishing for trout.
Three Rivers W.M.A. We are adjacent to the Three Rivers Wildlife
Management Area, a 450,000 acre playground for hunters, hikers,
ATV and horseback riders and anyone who wants to experience
the beautiful forests, mountains and rivers of Southeast Oklahoma.
Beavers Bend Resort Park - Broken Bow Lake This is your destination for major
lake sports, whitewater adventure and outstanding fly fishing. Eastfork
Getaway is just a 20 to 30 minute drive to all the action! You have
your choice of boat rentals at the marina including ski boats, fishing
boats, pontoons and jet skis. Above and below Broken Bow Lake flows
the Mountain Fork river. Above the lake enjoy comfortable floating
and great fishing. Below the lake you'll find outstanding fly fishing
in the tail waters of the dam plus exciting whitewater canoe and
kayak floating.
